But as to this Matter, the Law feems to be, viz. That where a Trefpafs is laid in a farticttlar Place, and the Defendant justifies in another Place, if the Matter of Justification ia local, he ought to ihew the fpecial Cause, and traverse the Place in the Declaration: As for instance, If a Trespass, &c. is laid in Londo-, the Defendant may plead that the Plaintifs ent
