Accordingly, deductions in respect of certain matters were admitted by the Court, as including whatever was strictly referable to trade as distinguished from the increased value given by the trade to the land, although they expressly declined to give any opinion on the propriety or amount of any of these deductions, those being questions properly to be decided by the Sessions.
