Finding Raven (Paperback)

'Finding Raven' is an adventure/fantasy story for young readers ages 9 to 13. It is a story about a young Indian boy, Kian, with certain magical powers, who is morphed into a bird as he falls from a cliff, sparing him from certain death, and how he struggles with having to continue his life as a bird with a young boy's mind. The story is also about Kian's search for his best friend, Raven, a sleek, black, beautiful horse. That search becomes complicated and interesting when Kian is transformed into a bird. How Kian copes with tradgic childhood losses and uses his spiritual and magical powers leads him on an incredible adventure with a surprise ending. Although the story was written for readers 9 to 13, adults would find it interesting making this story great for the whole family to read.
