Stop Smoking Now - and Forever! - An Interactive Approach to Quitting (CD)

This innovative, two-part, approach is based on Jane Crowe's many years experience of successfully helping people break the smoking habit. This CD is comparable to a two hour personal consultation with her. The result is a highly personalised treatment tailored to each individual listener's needs so the impact is maximised. CD 1 helps the listener make use of their own personal smoking experiences in an innovative Interactive Questionnaire. This is followed by a brief Exercise that is essential and enjoyable preparation for the Stop Smoking Treatment. CD 2 contains the powerful Stop Smoking Treatment. Positive hypnotic suggestions and gentle background music help the listener break the habit once and for all.
