Not illustrated. 1922 Excerpt: ...wares and merchandise in said account mentioned, in consideration whereof the defendant then and there promised plaintiff to pay him the said several sums of money charged therefor in said account specified, amounting to the sum of dollars, at the expiration of months thereafter, with interest thereon at the rate of per cent per annum, from the day of, A. D. 19 (or if said goods were sold at price not agreed upon, then after the words, "in consideration whereof the defendant then and there promised," add: to pay plaintiff on demand, so much money as the said goods, wares and merchandise were reasonably worth; that the said goods, wares and merchandise were at the time of the sale and delivery thereof, reasonably worth the several sums of money charged therefor in said account specified, amounting to the sum of dollars. 2. That said account is past due and unpaid, and defendant, though often requested, has hitherto failed and refused and still Tefuses to pay the same, or any part thereof, to plaintiff's damage dollars. Wherefore plaintiff prays the court that defendant be cited to appear and answer this petition, and that he have judgment for his debt, dollars, interest and costs of suit, and for such other and further relief, special and general, in law and in equit3r, that he may be justly entitled to, etc. Attorney for Plaintiff, No. 702.
