Harrington Railway Station serves the village of Harrington in Cumbria, England. The railway station is a request stop on the scenic Cumbrian Coast Line 56 kilometres (35 mi) south east of Carlisle. It is operated by Northern Rail who provide all passenger train services. The station came to national prominence in 2008 when it was chosen as the initial site for the installation of an experimental ramp device to raise the height of the platform to improve access to modern rolling stock.
