Excerpt: ...of the case, and subject to the approval of the poor law commissioners, charge such expenses, either to the common funds of the union, or to any parish or parishes comprised therein; and the district board of any district may, having like regard to the circumstances of the case, and subject to the like approval of the poor law commissioners, charge such expenses, either to the funds of the whole of such district, or on any one or more of the unions and parishes comprised therein. 60. The costs, charges, and expenses properly incurred by the ofiicers of the parish in making out, preparing, printing, and collecting the lists of persons qualified to serve on juries, according to the provisions of the act in the sixth year of the reign of his majesty king George the fourth, intituled "An Act for consolidating and amending the Laws relative to Jurors and Juries " (ff), and relating thereto, shall be paid and allowed to them out of the poor rates of the parish, together also with all expenses properly incurred by the same oflicers on the perambulation of the parish, and in setting up and keeping in proper repair the boundary stones of the parish, provided that such perambulatious do not arise more than once in every three years. ii 6 Geo. c. 50, the County" right), by auditor of fees ofjustices' Juries Act, 1825, tit.
