This day alsoe Mr. Daniell Blagrave moved the Company in the behalfe of the Justices of Peace of the Countie of Berkes, and for the said Countie to have a lease of the house in Readinge, now in the occupacion of Willyam Stanton and adjoyning next to the Gaole there, and thereupon itt was agreed that they should have a lease thereof, paieing the old rent of viij/z. per annum and repayringe the same. Whereas Mrs. Jenninges wilbe indebted, att Michaellmas next, for the landes att Mattingly, just xx/2'., itt is now agreed that shee shall be abated vli. thereof, soe as shee then paye xv/z.
