"Made in China" by Shahida H. -
My personal experience has been that "Made in China" products do not perform well. Japanese DVD players last many many years. I purchased this, was sticking. I had purchased another one from Loot and that only lasted a few months. I have used DVD players for as long as they have existed, and the brand name is good, maybe manufacturing in China not in line with JVC. Loot took it back and have offered to either replace it or refund. Difficult decision as the specifications do not list where it is manufactured.
