H ctor Santiago Tapia Urdile or just "Tito Tapia" (born September 30, 1977 in Chile) is a former football player from Chile. In 2004 and 2005 he played for Cruzeiro of Brazil. Tapia has played for Colo Colo, Universidad Cat lica, Palestino and Uni n Espa ola in Chile, Lille OSC in France, Perugia in Italy and FC Thun in Switzerland. In 2008 Tapia received an offer from Royal Excelsior Mouscron, but he decided to stay in Cat lica.
