Growth Is Life and Growing Is Life-or-Death (Electronic book text)

This essay is about how instability and insecurity drive growth (in particular, unintentionally rapid growth) and also explores the consequences of that to capitalism, communism and finally, to what it means to be a human in general. It begins with ruminations on what it's like for me as an entrepreneur (of sorts), then generalizes to capitalism, considers communism's critique (in simplified form), then explores a bit of meta-economics, leaving the reader wanting to explore the very foundations of what it means to be human and productive. (Bear in mind that this is just an essay, not a whole book.)
