It is found in Uzbekistan. The larvae feed on Astragalus and Ammodendron species. They create a silky case with a dull white cover. The valve of the case is two-sided. The length is about 9 mm and it is pale chocolate-brown or chocolate-brown to yellow in color. Larvae can be found at the end of May and (after diapause) from the end of March to April.
