(IDB), developed by Intel Corporation provides support (at various
levels depending on compiler product) for debugging programs
written in C, C++, and Fortran (77, 90 and 95). It provides a
choice of command-line and graphical user interface (GUI) on the
Linux Eclipse platform. On Windows, Intel provides extension to the
Microsoft Debugger that enables additional capabilities for
debugging parallel programs. This extension is available at
Microsoft Visual Studio (2005 and 2008). The Intel Debugger is a
component at a number of Intel software products, such as Intel
Parallel Studio and the Compiler products.
