Konstantinidis can defend and attack. He plays on the left wing either as a left back or a left wing forward.He has played for many clubs over Greece starting his career with AEK Athens in 1993, but did not make a single appearance. He was on loan to AO Kavala for two years, and then spent two years at Apollon Athens.
