High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Robert "Bobby, Golden Gorf" Guindon (born November 19, 1950 in Labelle, Quebec) is a retired a Canadian ice hockey forward. Guindon started his World Hockey Association career with the Quebec Nordiques. He would also play with the Winnipeg Jets. After the Jets were absorbed by the National Hockey League in 1979, he would play one more year with the Jets before retiring. The Winnipeg Jets were a professional hockey team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They played in both the World Hockey Association (WHA) and the National Hockey League (NHL) from 1972 to 1996. Due to mounting financial troubles, in 1996 the franchise moved to Phoenix, Arizona and became the Phoenix Coyotes.
