Big news arises in Stoolbend when Cleveland finds out that Cleveland Jr. will inherit all of his ex-wife Loretta's belongings and that his parents, Cookie and Freight Train, plan to remarry. Junior offered to host the wedding in their backyard and he will pay for it. Cookie asks Freight Train to let Cleveland be his best man, considering that he is his only son (forgetting the fact that Cleveland has a brother). However, Freight Train knows that he had fathered various other offspring in other parts of the world but chooses Cleveland for Cookie's sake. But suddenly, Freight Train dumps Cleveland as his best man in favor of Donna's ex-husband, Robert, despite there being no relation between them. On the wedding day, Freight Train is missing because he had so many drinks with Robert. Cleveland, tired of his father treating him and his mother like dirt, finds him and stands up to him and convinces him to come back.
