Tab Virgil, Jr., better known by his stage name Turk (sometimes "Young Turk" or "Lil Turk"), is an American rapper from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is best known for his time with Cash Money Records and with the Hot Boys. His debut album Young & Thuggin' became a Top 10 hit on the Billboard 200 and pushed his album to Gold sales in the United States. His subsequent solo albums however have not been nearly as successful In 2003, Turk later signed with producer KENOEs' Laboratory Recordz, who released his last four albums.
