Housing Options for Independent Living Programs (Paperback)

The findings in this report are based on a 1998 CWLA survey of organizations providing services and support to children formerly in foster care, and a meeting at the Annie E. Casey Foundation with youth formerly in foster care, representatives from community-based organizations, and representatives from Casey Family Services. This report summarizes overall findings from both survey responses and proceedings from the meeting, with recommendations for strengthening the overall service system to facilitate successful long-term out-comes for youth in foster care.
