You just have to make sure that all the parts are locked otherwise it won't work.... For the price im most impressed!

Waited an entire week to receive the product, spent half an hour reading the manual multiple times before use. Filled the blender jug with food that can’t be refrozen and lo and behold it doesn’t even work. Tried transferring the ingredients to the processor still nothing. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Waste of money + all the food that I had to throw away.

Initially I struggled to get it turned on, but had to make sure the safety locks are alligned, and voalla! It's actually working 🤩

I got a defective product. I just wouldn’t switch on. Checking reviews on other sites, this problem has been going on since 2017. It really is a disappointment to find out that a lot of clients are still complaining about the same problem that others complained about years ago. It is an inconvenience.

Cheap Junk! And the Suppliers take ages to process returns or repairs.
