The first keyboard I received did not charge but Loot sorted it out in a jiffy. I am glad I waited for the replacement as it is simply fantastic! Size works 100 % for me and I managed to connect unto my computer (which I work on `full day with this keyboard, my iPad as well as my IPhone. I read many reviews stating that you cannot connect two Apple products simultaneously, but it seems as if Micro soft sorted the problem out. You will find me anywhere without this keyboard. I highly recommend. And it has all the looks too! You cannot go wrong here! Thanks Loot (esp. Shannon) for your always superb service!

Quite good if you can get it for a low price

I picked this up on Black Friday while it was 70% off and at that time it was R1000. I ended up paying R300. Well what can I say about it? Packaging: Quality and aesthetically pleasing. 8.5/10 Build quality: Magnetic stand for tablet/mobile device is good. Feels nice in the hand. 8.7/10 Typing feel: The key does not travel so much but it feels light and quick and that is quite nice especially when you are typing on the go on your phone. 8.4/10 Battery Life: It does come with a Micro USB cable to charge it; however, the battery longevity is poor (for me). A full charge will only last 90 minutes. 7.5/10 Verdict: A keyboard which holds up to the "Mobile Keyboard" expectations one would have. Easy to set up, Good build quality and a generally pleasant typing feel make this a good purchase provided you pay less than R500 for it. Overall 8/10

Disappointed in the product and services

OK so i bought this item on black Friday, it came faulty which is understandable. it did not charge nor did it work when keeping it connected to a charger. it did not connect to the phone. now 2 weeks later im still waiting for a replacement from loot and they claim it will take 2-3 more weeks , that's 4-5 weeks of waiting to get it tested and resolved when i received this new item dead on arrival. faulty items i this instance should be replaced if reported within 7 days. not sure if anyone else has this type of service from Loot?

A comfortable, portable keyboard with amazing battery life

When I first received this keyboard, it had a faulty battery and wouldn't hold a charge. Returned it and quickly received a replacement. This one also had battery problems. Third time was the charm and I received one in working condition. I received my current keyboard 6 months ago. I charged it on the day I got it, and haven't charged it once since then. Today, I received my first low battery warning. 6 months of battery life with moderate use makes this an outstanding keyboard. It's compatible with Windows, Android, and iOS, and is perfectly sized for any 9.7-inch iPad. It's really comfortable to use and is easy to transport with its cover.
