Although the camera has worked at times, it requires a subscription service to fully use it. You cannot access over your home network, so to claim its a WiFi camera is a stretch. Because the camera works through some hubble connect network, it seems like it is never online and even after several reboots it still shows offline. We've struggled with the camera for almost two years and we're fed up with it. I'd try to give it away if it was a gift or tell the person who bought this condolences. Perhaps it's an ideal gift for someone you don't like.
