There is a reason this book is titled Emotionally Boxed-In, every
person in life has some emotions boxed in that they don't know how
to release them, so they keep them boxed in. In reality releasing
your emotions in a healthy way relieves stress from your life, as
for me journaling about my life brought out my talent of poetry and
relieved me in many ways. When you write down your life and reread
it, you just don't realize how that can help with your change in
your life. Looking at my life through journaling and poetry made me
see what others already saw when my eyes was closed to different
situations going on in my life. I advise many people to open there
eyes and don't live boxed in.
