Shortcut buttons might be difficult to figure out at first but you need to put the mode in the middle setting(advanced). Then download the pc software to map it. I had a Nacon compact controller which was good at first but the angle on the trigger buttons was so weird that the button actually started breaking because of the bad design but i can say this controller doesn't have that flaw, it's extremely high quality and very nice to use.
