Trading blocs and the future GATT agenda (Paperback)

There is optimism that the Uruguay Round will be completed, but the real question is the quality of the final agreement. Outstanding business from the Round, which brings together all the distinct strands of world trade for the first time, and new policy aspects such as the environment, competition and labour, will be among the main agenda items for a future Round.
