After years of testing and application by government contractors, commercial manufacturing and service industries, c=0 sampling plans are widely understood to stand alone. This guide provides a set of attribute plans for lot-by-lot inspection with the acceptance number on all cases as zero, which were originally developed by Squeglia to provide equal or greater consumer protection with less overall inspection than the MIL-STD-105-E sampling plans (the MIL-STD was eventually declared obsolete).
