That they will reduce the price of volumes 19,20 and 21, Ohio State Eeports, now stereotyped and owned by them, from five dollars, the present price, to two dollars and a half per volume. 3d. That they will take from the state six hundred and fifty copies of the surplus stock of volume one Ohio State Eeports now in the custody of the state librarian, and receive the same in part payment of the volumes to be reprinted as provided in this act, at the rate of two dollars a volume unbound; and that they will sell these volumes to the citizens of this state at two dollars and a half ($2.50) bound, so as to make the entire set of Ohio and Ohio toT'rti88 State lieports uniform in price: Provided that, whereas there volumes 1 s now on hand, in the possession of the state, fifteen hundred and fifty-five copies of the Ohio State Eeports, of the volumes of said reports provided to be purchased by the provisions of this act, therefore the number of each volume of said reports intended to be purchased shall be reduced by the number of the copies of such Eeport on hand as aforesaid, it being the intent and meaning of this act to provide for the purchase of a sufficient number of each Eeport to make, with those on hand, 350 volumes.
