This project, was a step taken by the Nigerian Government to launder Nigeria negative image caused by corruption, internet fraud, money laundering, poverty and prostitution thereby creating a positive image for its citizens within and outside the shores of Africa to attract foreign investors. Music a form of cultural identity is one of the major tools explored by Nigerian government in reawakening its traditional culture in the age of globalisation. This study therefore examines the state of musical broadcasts before and during the said project.
