The main screen of the app gives you a general overview of your body's training readiness and recommendations for how to train or recover. It shows you the Windows of Trainability™ for four principal physical qualities, which helps you to select the best training for the day.

KNOW YOUR OVERALL READINESS
This view shows you the recommended heart rate zones for your next training session, and the overall readiness of the three key physiological systems. The zones can vary daily according to your results. The recommended training zones are highlighted with green. If one or more of the zones are hidden, it is an indication that your body is not ready for exercise of that intensity.

CNS READINESS
The CNS view shows the state of your central nervous system. If you are doing high-intensity intervals or very heavy weight training, your central nervous system will be stressed. CNS readiness tells you if you have recovered from your previous training, what your central nervous system activation and reaction level are and also your resistance to stress.

CARDIAC READINESS
The cardiac view shows you more detail about your cardiac readiness. Your recovery pattern indicates how you have recovered from your previous training and whether you are at risk of overtraining. Your adaptation reserves indicate how ready your body is to adapt to physical exercise. And you can follow your readiness history, stress levels, and resting heart rate, too.

METABOLIC READINESS
The metabolic view shows you more detail about your metabolic readiness, including your readiness to perform in the aerobic and anaerobic heart rate zones, and your metabolic reaction index. Aerobic readiness refers to endurance and the ability to sustain effort, while anaerobic readiness refers to the ability to perform high intensity exercises. The higher your results are compared to your previous measurements, the more ready you are to do those types of exercises.
