Review This Product

flaw in design

Wed, 2 Nov 2016 | Review by: Leon C

Electric toothbrush probably cleans a lot better than manual ones and kids have been using it almost since birth. Having use this brand for years, the obvious and probably even intentional design flaw is the battery cap at the bottom always breaks after a year or two and moisture starts to get into the battery compartment. The cap uses an awkward clip-in system which exerts unnecessary and uneven force to the cap- why couldn't they use a screw-in type cap so it will last longer? Makes good business sense, but lousy for the environment. Consider this product a disposable, as if we don't have enough pollution already.
