Blurring history, memory and science fiction, In Between States investigates the connections between two adjacent sites - a post-World War II displaced persons camp and a present-day corporate industry park located on the western edge of Frankfurt, Germany. Remixing historical and contemporary resources related to the two sites, In Between States also presents an alternate version of the State of Israel as a space station orbiting Earth, devised through collaboration between governments and multinational corporations.
