Los Animales Cuentan Su Historia (Spanish, Paperback)

The book starts out with Grandpa Owl who migrated to American from Israel. He tells the story of Jesus dying on the cross to his nephew Mikey, and his nice Amie the Owl. Other characters such as Herman the Donkey, Jessie the Ant, Alice the Mouse, Mr. & Mrs. Bird, George the Gopher, and Mary the Ground Hog all tell how they feel as they what and see Jesus riding into Jerusalem, in the court house on trial, being beaten and nailed to the cross, and dying the on cross. The story ends with all the animals of the forest gathering around Grandpa Owl and asking him "Who Jesus is?"
