I'm a firm believer in what impact your blood has on your life, hence buying this book. It's extremely informative however based on a US market and US food products. Not everything is available in South Africa and quite honestly never knew a Pawpaw and Papaya were two different things. So take careful note of substitute products as the ingredients could differ vastly and have a negative impact as is the aforementioned example. Worth buying even though you'll be scarred for life if you're Blood Type A and love meat. Brace yourself for a very rude awakening...
