The device worked for about a week, then the screen turned off and it became unresponsive. Returned the item to Loot, they fixed it, and sent it back a couple weeks later. It broke again within a week. Sent it back, asking for a refund. Loot refused to give a refund, saying it works perfectly. Then returned it a month later just as dead as it was sent to them. DO NOT BUY THIS

I did not want to write this review because I have 2 of these tabs. One works like a charm and I would give that 5 stars and the other (bought 26 Jan 2017) is a dud, hence the 1 star. It worked OK until after the return period expired. I have to keep this tab on all the time and then the battery last a few hours depending on what I do. If you switch it off completely even on full charge it will not boot up again - battery completely drained. All that being said it is a very nice tab for the price and when it works it works very well (I primarily use it for streaming and watching saved movies). But my experience and other reviews would indicate there is a problem with these tabs and I would strongly advise against buying it. The other problem is that there s no way I can get hold of Proline to sort it out - unless I missed the contact details everywhere I tried.
