Aesop's Fables: A Modern Illustrated Take is an entertaining thought provoking spin on fables that combines ancient stories with amusing illustrations. Although the book described here uses the same ancient fables and morals familiar to us, it differs from other Aesop books in its use of modern, satirical drawings that reveal a great deal about the imperfect human condition.
