Regional Community Policing Institute Handbook (Paperback)

The COPS Office-funded Regional Community Policing Institutes (RCPI), help state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies meet their community policing training needs through the national RCPI Network. The network provides training to law enforcement professionals and the citizens they serve in region-specific community policing issues in all 50 states and the five United States territories. The training network handbook contains an overview of the network and informative briefs for each institute within the network.
