Each "Pocket Tour of the Internet" book contains short, review like entries and discusses all major Internet resources - Usenet, Gopher, World Wide Web and others. The books are divided into two parts: the first part provides orientation, explaining what the Internet is, how to get there, and what the customs are. It also includes information on costs, lingo and "netiquette". The second part describes resources and provides background information in sidebars on a variety of related topics.
