The lines on the late Earl of Chatham, and our present young Cicero, are so animated, that I wished to introduce them to the Countess Dowager of Chatham. Accordingly I presented her with a copy, as the production of a friend, I was certain it could not be attended with any disadvantage. By her Ladyship's answer thou wilt see its effect.
