I received the product without the assembly instructions and 1 part. I contacted Terence at seagull industries and received the assembly instructions immediately and the part was delivered within day. Thanks Terence.

Dissatisfied with the product, it is definitely not worth the price. There were missing parts (at least 9 pieces). The box was torn when it was delivered. The product is very poor quality and extremely bad workmanship, we had to drill and make adjustments on the frame just to set it up. I would never recommend the product to anyone.
