Acetyl-L-Carnitine is an amino acid (a building block for proteins) that is naturally produced in the body. It helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other physiological processes.
Each capsule contains the following active ingredient: 500mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine hydrochloride (Providing 423.95 mg N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine)
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell (gelatine free), magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Sugar-free.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Adults: Take 1 – 2 capsules twice daily.
Children under 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule 1 – 2 times a day.
Take at least 30 minutes before meals, on an empty stomach.
