Contra-Indications	Safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. This product may lower sugar levels slightly. Use cautiously with other blood sugar lowering medications and herbs. Thyroid levels may change. Individuals using medicines for thyroid disease may need to adjust their dose. This product could lower blood pressure slightly. Individuals currently taking blood pressure medications should monitor their blood pressure levels. Warfarin and anticoagulant medication: Platelet aggregation may be inhibited, which could increase the chance of bleeding in individuals taking anticoagulant medication. The effects of furosemide may be increased; individuals should consult their health care provider before using this product.

Use Instructions	Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take two capsules immediately after breakfast and one capsule after supper. Children 8-12 years of age: Take one capsule after breakfast and another after supper. Children 4-8 years of age: Take one capsule daily after a meal (preferably after breakfast).
