Magnesium glycinate 1110,0 mg providing Magnesium 200,0 mg; Boron ACC 10,5 mg providing Boron 500,0 µg.Each tablet contains: Magnesium (magnesium glycinate AAC), Boron. Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, isomalt, sodium starch glycolate, talc, magnesium stearate. Sugar free. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Per tablet:
Magnesium glycinate 1110,0 mg providing Magnesium 200,0 mg; Boron ACC 10,5 mg providing Boron 500,0 µg.
Usage & Dosage
Adults and children over 9 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Warnings
Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients.
Storage
Store at or below 25ºC. Keep well sealed and protected from light.

Contra-Indications | Safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Vitamin D: Vitamin D assists in the absorption of magnesium. Low levels of vitamin D may thus lead to reduced absorption of magnesium. Biphosphonates: Magnesium can decrease the absorption of biphosphonates. Doses of magnesium and biphosphonates should be separated by at least 2 hours. Calcium channel blockers: Magnesium could have an added blood pressure lowering effect. Use with caution especially if taking high doses of magnesium. Corticosteroids: Corticosteroids increase urinary magnesium excretion. Potassium sparing diuretics: These diuretics are also magnesium sparing potentially leading to increased levels with concomitant magnesium supplementation. Quinolone antibiotics: Magnesium can form insoluble complexes with quinolone antibiotics leading to reduced absorption. Individuals should take these medicines at least two hours before or four to six hours after magnesium. Tetracycline antibiotics: Magnesium can form insoluble complexes with tetracycline antibiotics leading to reduced absorption. Individuals should take these medicines at least two hours before or four to six hours after magnesium. |
