Indications: MSM helps relieve pain associated with joint damage and osteoarthritis.
Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals.
Avoid taking MSM at bedtime. Consult your healthcare provider if symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking MSM. Use MSM for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Each capsule contains the following active ingredient: 700mg MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane)
Inactive ingredients: Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and talc.
