Indications: Super Mega-B is vitamin B-complex formulation with added B-supportive nutrients.
Pharmacological Action: Super Mega-B™ contains B-vitamins and B-supportive nutrients contributing to the maintenance of good heath by helping metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins. B-vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue due to their role in numerous biochemical pathways.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily after food.
Children 7 – 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily after food.
Each capsule contains the following active ingredients: 3mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine pyrophosphate); 20mg Vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate); 12mg Vitamin B3 (niacinamide ascorbate); 45mg Vitamin B5 (calcium-d-pantothenate); 15mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate); 49µg Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); 249µg Biotin; 48mg Inositol; 25mg PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid)
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Sugar-free.

Contra-Indications	Safe to use while pregnant (recommended dose: 1 capsule per day) and breastfeeding. Duiretics: Can cause reduced levels of Vitamin B in the body. Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to vitamin B depletion. Antacids: Chronic use of antacids can retard vitamin B absorption leading to deficiency. Antibiotic therapy: Can disrupt the normal GI flora , interfering with the absorption of folic acid.
