I ordered this speaker from loot on 3 December Upon receiving I opened and could immediately see that something wasn't right. It looked as if the speaker had just been dumped in the box without correct packaging and not everything that should be there was in there. Upon testing I found the speaker to be faulty. Volume was softer than my phones speaker, couldn't switch off the lights, couldn't play music while charging, didn't charge more than 50%... 12 Jan 2020 and It has now been a almost a month since I requested a return and refund and I'm still waiting. Service is absolutely shocking as this was meant to be a Xmas gift.
