Excerpt: Connection Timeout TVXQ (often stylized TVXQ or DBSK), an acronym for Dong Bang Shen Qi Korean: (traditional Chinese: simplified Chinese: pinyin: D ngf ngshenq; Japanese: T h shinki), is a South Korean pop quintet formed under SM Entertainment in 2003. In South Korea they are known as Dong Bang Shin Ki (), often abbreviated by international fans as DBSK; they were later introduced in Japan as Tohoshinki T h shinki) under the Avex sub-label Rhythm Zone in 2005. Their name translates as "The Rising Gods of the East." TVXQ, or the Rising Gods of the East even now holds the title of "Asia's Star," "the King of the Hallyu Wave," and the "King of the Asian Pop." Each member of TVXQ is known for their distinctive, yet eccentric personalities, and voices. For example, Yunho, the leader, has the voice of the "bass," Changmin has the voice of the "high tener," Jaejoong, the main vocal, has the voice of sweet melody, Yoochun has the soung of the "low baritone," and Junsu has the "dolphine-like" sounds of the "low tener." TVXQ is also prominent and well-known for their immense size of their fans world-wide. Just in Korea, they have 800,000 fan clubs known as Cassiopeia, and have over 2 million official fans in Korea.
