Discussed by Drs. Baxter, Lydston, Brown, Roberts, Westmoreland, and closed by the essayist. 17. "Operations for Procidentia Uteri," by Dr. George H. Noble, of Atlanta, Ga. Discussed by Drs. Campbell, McMurtry, Hardon, and closed by the essayist. 18. "Rectal Medication in Pelvic Troubles," by W. Hampton Caldwell. Discussed by Dr. G. Frank Lydston. Dr. Baxter moved that the Association proceed with the election of officers. Carried. Drs. Hardon and Noble were appointed tellers. The labors of the third annual meeting of the Southern Surgical and Gynecological Association have concluded, and as I now survey the field I take pride and pleasure in congratulating you upon the work done, upon the results which have been accomplished, and the active interest of local physicians. The attendance has been larger, and more papers have been presented and read, and we have added a larger number of new Fellows to our membership than at any previous meeting.
