Nicholas Davies' journal describing his 'true adventures and life'
has just been discovered by his only son, Jeremy. Written in the
early 1700s, Nick's writings reveal the tale of his captivity by a
cruel gang of sea-going pirates and give Jeremy an unbidden glimpse
of the man who was his father and who he never knew. Drawn by the
journal's irresistible lure, Jeremy reads on and so learns of his
father's story
...and the curse of the Black Frigate.
