Elaine, is married to Josh Webb who secretly fellates men in public restrooms. Politely homophobic, he seeks straight men as donors, hundreds of them, feeling ecstatically and deeply connected through semen transfer to a vast community of faceless husbands, wives, sons, and daughters. When HIV threatens to aouta him as something heas not, panic moves him to a surprising end in the jungles of Brazil. Will casual sex ever be fun again?
