Theodocia McLean's book, 'Footprints In My Life Journey' is a not meant as a medical guide or instructions for anyone with Bi-Polar, Depressive Disorders and other Mental Illness. It is as the author intended, "A Daily Life Self-Discipline Workbook" to be used as a tool to accomplish daily tracking with as little or as much journaling as one desires. She gives enough examples and choices to check off each day so that little journaling is necessary. She gives permission after the purchase of the workbook, for the user to save the bonus day at the end to copy and continue to use in a notebook as the reader needs. Her desire is that the workbook will be used as a tool to track daily moods, goals, successes, regressions and track medicines and their side effects. She hopes that the results of this daily tracking workbook will be shared on a regular basis with one's mental health providers.
