When Major Kirt Ives finds himself retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years as an officer in the military police, the real battle begins. With former U.S. Navy commander Les Pierce, Ives leads a paramilitary group, the Indianapolis Rangers, in taking over the famous U.S.S. Kidd, a Navy destroyer salvaged from W.W. II and Korea.

Dissatisfied with the "politically-correct" direction of America, the Rangers begin their battle plans.
